Synopsis

Two women appear brutally murdered in a seemingly inaccessible room in Paris. Witness statements are contradictory and the police fail to understand what happened. Only the extraordinary deductive capacity of C. Auguste Dupin will allow the reconstruction of a crime that seems impossible. Published in 1841, it is considered one of the founding texts of modern detective narrative.
